- What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
- Both plans include every feature. The only difference is how many menus run live at once. Basic runs two. Pro runs unlimited. Templates, locations, screens, team members, and the item catalog are all identical.
- What counts as a menu?
- A menu is one published list. This includes a tap list, a wine list, or a food board. Each menu has its own display URL and QR code.
- What do you mean by active menu?
- You can build more menus than you run live. On Basic, up to two menus are on at a time. Set up a breakfast, lunch, happy hour, dinner, and dessert menu, then choose which two run live.
- How many TVs can I run?
- As many as you like. Each menu has one display URL. Open it on any number of screens at no extra cost. On Basic you run two menus at a time. Those two menus can drive every screen in the building.
- Can I pay monthly or annually?
- You choose either cadence on both plans. Annual billing is the better value. Basic is $20 a month billed annually or $25 a month billed monthly, which saves you $60 a year. Pro is $40 a month billed annually or $50 a month billed monthly, which saves you $120 a year.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Start on Basic and upgrade to Pro whenever you need to run more than two menus at a time.
- Do I pay for setup?
